ROFX.ORG Terms Of service



1. ROFX.ORG (RO) - is a public directory for posting, storing and sharing of ROFX files. ROFX (Releases Open Format XML) is a technology developed by the RO Team on behalf on TM Services (ROFX copyright owner).

2. Anyone who is related to press and news releases creation may use this service including storable information and downloadable software without any charge.

3. Anyone using an information from RO Directory or via API have to point the source of taken information: http://www.rofx.org as main source of this technology or www.tm-research.com as head web site of RO developers.
What this restriction includes:
  • ROFX files format
  • ROFX files storage
  • ROFX API
  • ROFX Composer.
 4. All copyrights of releases information belong to the releases authors without any changings from RO Team. Restrictions from Article 3 are intended for RO services only.

5. Releases content prohibition:
  • crime, violance propagation
  • sexual and other dissipation
  • religion and race dissension
  • pornography
  • SPAM technologies
  • any kind of low infrigement propagation
The RO Team may change this list at any time.

6. The RO Directory is premoderated resource. But the RO Team hasn't any responsibility for press or news releases content.

7. After the release is submitted by the publisher it is enqueued for moderation. The moderator considers all the submitted releases and has the power to approve or reject according to Article 5.

8. The RO Team reserves the right to change these Terms Of Service at any time.
